All meal orders must be placed through our official website. For same-day delivery, orders must be submitted before 10:00 AM GMT. As a service primarily focused on vulnerable community members, we ensure that our ordering process is straightforward, but we require accurate dietary and contact information to provide safe service.
Deliveries & Logistics
We deliver exclusively within the Dorset region. Our delivery drivers are trained to provide compassionate service. While we aim for specific time slots, delivery times may vary due to local traffic or weather conditions. If no one is home to receive the meal, and no safe instructions have been provided, the meal will be returned to our kitchen to ensure food safety.
Payments & Pricing
Payment is required at the time of ordering via our secure online portal. Prices listed include all applicable local taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice for subscription customers. All transactions are processed in GBP.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be charged the full amount due to the perishable nature of our freshly cooked meals. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and dietary requirements. This data is used solely to manage your orders and ensure specialized care for vulnerable individuals. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
